EMG is one of the UK's leading independent marketing agencies in live entertainment. We're a collaborative team of theatre lovers, musical junkies, marketeers, data specialists and social media mavens.  Together we work to support producers in bringing their work to stages all over the world, but mainly in London's West End and across the UK & Ireland.

Your role:

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of reporting how these productions are performing commercially, through sales figures, data analysis and relationships with ticket agents.  You'll be a part of the backbone of data knowledge and insights to guide the marketing team.

You'll get to:

  • Be a brand new addition to our expanding Sales and Ticketing department
  • Show a real interest in data led analysis and how to make it useful
  • Take pride in generating and developing sales reports across a variety of clients and shows, to share with producers and the marketing team every day
  • Assist in providing insights on sales figures and revenue management
  • Lead on communication with ticket agents
  • Learn how to lead conversations around sales
  • Develop your skills in insight-driven marketing

About you:

Some box office/sales analysis experience
Knowledge of excel and/or data visualisation tools

Plus:

Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to juggle a variety of projects and think on your feet
Confidence to communicate to clients and colleagues
A team player who will support the people around you

Contract:

Full time/permanent

Your role:

You'll play a vital role in the day to day running of campaigns, supporting the Account Managers and delivering exciting marketing solutions. This role is a great second step for someone looking to further their career in our industry.

You'll get to:

  • Be a brand new addition to our expanding Account Management team
  • Take pride in generating and developing marketing ideas, to share with producers and the Account Management team every day
  • Learn how to manage smaller campaigns yourself
  • Learn how to lead conversations and meetings with clients and suppliers
  • Develop your skills in insight-driven marketing

About you:

Some experience of arts marketing, venue or agency based
A creative flair
Good with deadlines
An basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
Good copywriting skills
A passion for theatre and live entertainment
